Dr.PC Quick Support software is a tool that enables us to help you fix your computer problems remotely by Remote Assistance Service.

Dr.PC Quick Support Disclaimer
Dr.PC Support Agents support you (the client) via a remote assistance session powered by TeamViewer. This remote assistance session will allow the Dr.PC Support Agent to see and alter items on your desktops, to the same ability as you can see and alter them yourself. Therefore, please ensure that all confidential or private information (such as bank or credit card details, work documents, private letters, personal pictures and videos, and the like) is saved and closed before accepting the remote assistance session - including any application that might show this information.
By providing the Dr.PC Support Agent your unique TeamViewer username and the individual-session-generated password, you are accepting responsibility for any changes made to your desktop content or system settings by the Dr.PC Support Agent. You should never leave the your computer unattended throughout the duration of the remote assistance session. Dr.PC Support Agents do not assume any liability for the linking and viewing of desktop content, the operation of the TeamViewer remote assistance software (to facilitate QuickSupport) or system performance as a result of using TeamViewer.
Your data is important to us. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your data is adequately backed up on a regular basis. Dr.PC Support Agents will assume that your data has been recently backed up unless you specify otherwise. Should you specify that your data has not recently been backed up, the Dr.PC Support Agent will gladly assist you, if required, with backing up your data.
